Where is my order?
Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery takes 9-15 business days depending on your location. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days please email us at hellodepuffy@gmail.com with your order number.
How do I return my order?
Email hellodepuffy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with full return instructions. See our full Refund Policy for details.
When will I see results?
Most customers notice reduced puffiness from the first session. Visible reduction in dark circles typically appears within 7 days of consistent daily use. Results vary depending on skin type, severity of dark circles, and consistency of use.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes. Depuffy is safe for all skin types. However if you have any pre-existing eye conditions, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or wear a pacemaker please consult your healthcare provider before using. Discontinue use if you experience any discomfort.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours your order may already be processing. Contact us immediately at hellodepuffy@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
